Can you believe that these were taken in this family’s backyard? From the early fall weather to the beautiful sunset coming through the trees in their backyard, Everything was perfect about this sweet session with the Klutz family.
When Rebecca asked me if they could do their family session in their backyard, I was so excited! Having your family session photographed in your backyard is more advantageous than one might think. Here’s why I love doing a backyard family session so much – your kids are comfortable! Being photographed for an extended period of time is likely unfamiliar to your children. They may have a hard time staying focused during your session. When you have your photographer come to your house, your kids can be comfortable! They don’t have to go anywhere new and they are familiar with the space. I find that kids are way more comfortable in front of the camera and do better at sessions when they are in their backyard!
