Your college senior year is a special season! A fun way to celebrate it is by taking your senior photos with your closest friends. Group senior sessions have become one of my favorite parts of the spring season!

Why Group Senior Portraits?

A lot of seniors, especially sorority sisters, want to do their photos together and it’s easy to see why. Being in front of the camera together is so fun! There is a lot of laughter, popping champagne, and soaking up your last few weeks at college together. I always make time for group photos, smaller combinations, and a few portraits of each senior on their own.

Favorite Spots on Campus at Wake Forest University

Wake has a beautiful campus! Here are a few spots I always recommend:

• Wait Chapel – Those tall white columns are classic and instantly recognizable.
• The Arch on the Quad – One of my favorite spots on campus!
• Reynolda Hall – The stone stairs and archways make a great backdrop!
• Sorority Houses – A meaningful spot, especially when you’re all in the same sorority.

Make It Personal

I love it when groups want to bring something different to their session. Some love popping champagne or confetti (biodegradable of course!) and one group last year brough a case of Deacon Brew (Wake’s own beer made by R&D Brewing)! If there is something special to you and your friends, bring it along!

What to Expect

Even in a group setting, there’s time for everything:

• Group Photos at the most iconic spots on campus
• Smaller combinations with roommates, bigs/littles, or just your closest friends
• A few individual portraits for each senior
