Claire & Cooper’s engagement session was truly a scene out of The Notebook. Claire & Cooper’s elopement date was coming up, and we wanted to make sure they got to enjoy their engagement photos beforehand. So even though there was rain in the forecast, we decided to meet for their engagement photos at the Tanglewood Park Arboretum.

I brought a couple of clear top umbrellas that are super cute when it is raining! These are a staple on rainy wedding days and they work perfectly for engagement sessions too. Claire & Cooper told me that it rained on them when Cooper proposed, so rain for their engagement session was only fitting. Just wait till you see what happened on their elopement day!

At the end of their session, Claire & Cooper ditched their umbrellas and embraced the rain. This was their Notebook moment! Those are my favorite photos from their session!
