Here’s a few reasons why I love sunrise senior sessions…

1. Peace & Quiet.

At sunrise, we have Reynolda Gardens all to ourselves. No crowds and no other photogrpahers!

2. Cooler temperatures.

In late spring, summer, and early fall, sunrise sessions are much more comfortable than sunset. It’s cooler, which means less sweat for both of us and that’s always a win!

3. Unqiue light.

The sun rises in a completely different spot than it sets, which gives us the opportunity to use different backgrounds. You’ll get photos that feel and look different from the many senior portraits taken at Reynolda Gardens or any other location!

4. A sweet start to your day.

One of my favorite parts? You can wrap up your session and head straight to grab coffee (and donuts if you’re at Reynolda Gardens!).
